Sorry, but this isn’t a magic card. Nor a magic harp. Like the Feebas, Magikarp can only learn three moves – Flail, Splash, and Tackle.
It’s weak. It’s pathetic. It can be EASILY pushed up the river. Magikarp is the weakest and most pathetic Pokémon. But it’s worth catching if you want to have a Gyarados.
